The Full Hood Option extends the existing 24-inch partial hood to a complete hood installation. This upgrade uses materials sized at 48 inches, 60 inches, or up to 72 inches, depending on the required coverage and configuration.

Pricing will vary based on the final hood configuration, overall size, and installation complexity.

The luggage strip is a protective film applied to the entry edge of the vehicle’s cargo area to help prevent scratches and wear from loading and unloading items.

This strip is typically sized at approximately 6 inches by 42 inches, depending on the vehicle’s configuration.

The A-Pillar Roof Line includes a protective strip applied along the A-pillars on both sides of the windshield, as well as across the roofline above the windshield, extending approximately 8 to 10 inches back.

This is a popular add-on to any of our basic packages.

Door pockets are protective film pieces applied to the area behind the door handles. This coverage helps prevent scratches and surface damage caused by fingernails, rings, and regular use.

Door pockets are a key component of our Complete GFP Package, which includes door pockets, door sills, and door edges.

Door sill coverage is applied to the step area at the vehicle’s door entrance. This protective film helps safeguard the painted surface from grime, scuffs from boots, and other debris that may cause wear over time.

This is another key component of the Complete GFP Package.

Door edge protection consists of a half-inch strip applied along the leading edge on the backside of the door. This protective film helps prevent damage caused by accidental contact with nearby objects that may chip or scratch the door edge.

Fender flare coverage is a popular add-on, as many vehicle configurations do not include this component within standard protection packages. Adding fender flare coverage completes the protection on either the partial fender or full fender included in our two most popular packages, the Deluxe Package and the Ultimate Package.

This add-on is specifically designed for factory-installed fender flares provided by the manufacturer.

Full vehicle coverage requires a consultation with the client, as pricing and installation details depend on the specific size and configuration of the vehicle. The level of installation requested by the customer will also affect the final scope of work.

Optional procedures such as door handle removal, badge removal, and other component removals may be included and can influence the overall pricing for this package.

The Black Plastic Package, commonly referred to as the Black Pack, is an additional upgrade that can be added to our most popular protection packages, including the Deluxe Package and the Ultimate Package.

If your vehicle’s configuration includes gloss black plastic components, these areas can be protected as part of this add-on. Coverage may range from simple single-piece applications to highly complex, multi-part installations depending on the design of the components.

The Supplemental Interior Trim and Screen Package provides protection for interior areas of the vehicle where an XPEL computer-cut kit is available. This may include the center console, interior screens, and various entry and exit points on the vehicle’s interior surfaces.

Protex utilizes all available installation techniques to minimize the presence of installation moisture during application. However, Protex does not assume responsibility for any electrical issues that may occur as a result of this installation.
